Culture is constructed of each "personal Mindset"
According to JP. Spradley (cited in Sviridon) 2007:2), culture is comprised of three basic features of people experiences: what they do (cultural behavior, what they know (cultural knowledge,what thing they make and use (cultural artifacts).
All features is merely centralized in person mind: his or her mindset.Therefore, to be advance as a nation, do something to advance personal mindset.

5S Mindset
5S is correlated to the personal mindset (personal perception and way he or she thinks).It is required certain steps so 5S can be implemented, generally steps:
1. Establish 5S awareness
2. Prepare systems and facilities (tools/equipments) to support 5S.
3. Let 5S be customized activity by 5S planned program.
